Wat ga je doen?
• Inventariseren van processen op verschillende afdelingen en kansen voor verbetering identificeren. • Herontwerpen en implementeren van processen met behulp van lowcode AI- en automatiseringsoplossingen. • Bouwen van workflows en applicaties in tools als Power Automate, Copilot Studio en n8n. • Collega's meenemen in de AI-transformatie: uitleggen, enthousiasmeren en begeleiden. • Fungeren als aanjager van de culturele verandering rondom AI binnen de organisatie. • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om draagvlak te creëren.
Wie ben jij?
• Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur met een analytisch of bedrijfskundig component • Je bent procesmatig sterk en ziet snel verbanden en verbeterkansen • Je hebt affiniteit met automatisering en AI, en leert snel nieuwe tools aan • Je bent nieuwsgierig en enthousiast over de mogelijkheden van AI in organisaties • Je communiceert helder en weet technische concepten begrijpelijk te maken voor niet-technische collega's • Je voelt je thuis in een rol met veel verschillende stakeholders en afwisselend werk • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (C1 of hoger) • Woonachtig op redelijke afstand van Rotterdam • Ervaring met Power Automate, Copilot Studio of n8n • Eerdere ervaring met procesoptimalisatie of changemanagement • Een eigen project of hobby waarbij je AI of automatisering hebt toegepast
