Locations vary each year, but you can expect to see roles available in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the USA, Canada, Poland, India, China, and Singapore.
What will my experience be like?
As an AGGPian, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of aerospace. You might find yourself working on: • Innovative engineering projects that push the limits of what’s possible; • Digital technologies that transform the way we design, manufacture, and operate our products; • Supply chain and procurement strategies that ensure the smooth flow of materials across our global operations; and • Business administration and finance roles that support the efficient running of our company. You'll also have annual residential training with your cohort, designed to help you develop your soft skills and business acumen. • 500+ programme participants and alumni
Do internships, apprenticeships, or student jobs count towards the maximum 3-year professional experience limit?
No. The three-year professional experience limit is calculated based on full-time, relevant professional employment undertaken after completing your graduating degree. Time accumulated during mandatory university internships, sandwich years in industry, dual work/study apprenticeships, or student employment (such as university teaching assistant positions) is excluded from this cap. Does Airbus sponsor work permits and visas for their graduate programme, and what's the salary?
Work permits and visa requirements differ by country, location and role. We do all we can to support these and assist with associated costs if successful in applying for the role. Salaries vary by location and division, and are benchmarked with the local relevant industry standard. Please note for Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) roles in the UK, we are unable to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. We welcome applications from candidates with existing right to work in the UK or those eligible via other routes (e.g., Graduate Visa, Youth Mobility Scheme). How does the AGGP application process work?
• Applications open each September, but only for a short time. • Applications for some roles may close earlier, apply early to avoid disappointment. • Submit your application online through our careers portal. • After you have submitted your application we will send you a link to an online test - from receiving the link you will have three days to complete the test. • If your application meets the requirements of the role and you are selected, you will be able to demonstrate your motivation and potential during a virtual assessment centre. • If you're successful at interview, you can expect to receive an offer within a week!
Can I apply to more than one AGGP position, and what happens if I submit multiple applications?
We require candidates to apply to only one AGGP position per recruitment cycle. Please evaluate our open opportunities carefully and select the track that best aligns with your long-term career interests and primary qualifications. If your application for your chosen role has formally concluded, the one-application framework remains in place for that intake window. However, please note that our recruitment teams actively review profiles; if they determine that your skills are a stronger fit for an alternative specialty or location, your application may be considered for other tracks internally without requiring a new submission.
