Your Job

Own and grow our most important airline partnerships.

At Get-e, we’re growing fast. Airlines, assistance companies and travel partners around the world use our platform to manage ground transport and hotel bookings in 110+ countries. Our business development team keeps landing new airline logos. Now we need someone who makes those partnerships bigger and keeps them for the long run.

That’s where you come in.

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” kind of role. As Account Director, you own a portfolio of key airline accounts with clear retention and growth targets. You are the face of Get-e for your clients: you lead the QBRs, you know the people from ground operations up to procurement and senior leadership, and you find the next opportunity within each account.

This is a role where you’ll see your results come to life. You decide how Get-e shows up for the airlines that matter most to us, shape your own account plans, and open up new routes and services within your accounts. It’s a chance to leave a real footprint.

Qualifications And Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of key airline accounts and be responsible for retention and net revenue growth
  • Build and execute an account plan per client, with clear expansion opportunities and risk actions
  • Identify and close expansion: new stations and routes, additional services (crew transport, hotel booking, deadhead travel), renewals and renegotiations
  • Build relationships at every level within each airline, from ground operations and crew planning to procurement and senior leadership
  • Travel regularly to meet your clients where they are
  • Lead QBRs end to end: service performance, roadmap, and commercial development
  • Monitor client health and escalation trends, spot churn risk and growth signals early, and act on them
  • Act as first point of contact for airline escalations from our Amsterdam office, supporting our teams and working with Client Care and Operations to fix issues at the root
  • Depending on your experience: take ownership of Get-e’s broader account management strategy
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newly won airline clients, working closely with the business development colleagues who landed them
  • Make sure recurring client themes reach our product and service teams and lead to actual improvements

You bring

  • 7+ years in key account management, client service, or airline/aviation commercial roles
  • A proven record of retaining and expanding enterprise or key accounts, and you can show the numbers
  • Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with procurement and senior stakeholders
  • You’re confident in front of clients, calm in escalations, and proactive about improvement
  • Comfort working with data (account performance, service KPIs) to steer decisions
  • Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • A structured, commercial mindset: you build account plans, but you keep things practical
  • Background in aviation, assistance, or travel tech is a strong plus
