Alumil NextGen is an internship program offering university students who are goal-oriented, eager to learn, and development-focused the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers.

Through this program, participants gain real-world professional experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment across various departments, including Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.

Throughout the program, students will become part of a team that develops innovative solutions for the construction industry, discover themselves with mentorship support, and expand their professional network.

As a NextGen Intern, you will...

You will contribute to Alumil Ege's business objectives by taking part in real business projects, and directly assume a role in tasks such as analysis, design, and process support.

Job Description:

  • Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches.
  • Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals.
  • Learning and Development: Attend technical and soft-skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations offered throughout the program.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross-functional collaboration projects.
  • Mentorship: Seek guidance from the assigned mentor, establish and follow personal development goals based on regular feedback.

Requirements

Must be a final-year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago.

Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines:

  • Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.)
  • Architecture
  • Business Administration / Economics
  • Marketing / Communications
  • Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Human Resources

Financial Terms: The NextGen Internship Program offers a paid internship opportunity. Interns will be subject to the company's established compensation policies for the duration of their tenure.
