Full job description
The Area Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational excellence across last-mile customer experience, cost and delivery-partner outcomes. The role manages up to 25 associates, handles escalations, allocates labor, tracks performance metrics, improves standard work and supports network best practices.
Requirements & qualifications
Basic qualifications include people-management experience, clear communication with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, experience using data to influence business decisions, advanced English at CEFR B2/C1, and a bachelor's degree. Logistics, Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen, program-management, SQL/Python and operational process-improvement experience are preferred.
