The role leads one of Amazon's KSA store businesses and a high-performing team. Responsibilities include business and category performance, vendor and merchant management, selection and in-stock metrics, customer-experience initiatives, cross-functional work with technology and operations teams, process improvement, and talent management.
Requirements & qualifications
The vacancy is explicitly for Saudi nationals. Basic qualifications are a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or analytical discipline and experience leading multifunctional teams and developing people managers in a data-driven environment. Amazon prefers experience in retail, digital content, vendor or product management, operations, consulting, business development or P&L leadership.
