Role Overview We're seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented marketer who knows the AI ecosystem to drive world-class field marketing for AI organizations in the Americas region. This field marketer will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that delivers growth and revenue at scale for AI businesses. The ideal candidate is data-driven, relentlessly seeks to optimize, stays at the cutting edge of modern marketing practices, and has a passion for collaborating with sales teams to drive successful customer outcomes. As a member of the Americas Marketing team, this is a great opportunity to build and have a significant impact on our rapidly growing business.   About the Team  The Americas Marketing team is a high-performing group laser-focused on fueling Stripe's expansion across the region. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by building and optimizing programs and strategies. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, Partnerships, and others to drive measurable business results and growth.   You will: Execute the regional field marketing strategy and plan to fuel pipeline growth with the AI sales teams across the Americas Monitor key business and revenue metrics, providing cross-functional insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns Develop and implement an events strategy, including third-party and Stripe-hosted events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that will deliver results for the AI segment Design and execute mid- and lower-funnel Account Based Marketing programs to accelerate leads, opportunities, and revenue growth Develop a focus on acquiring contacts in AI organizations by creating compelling plans, offers and approaches to effectively engage this cohort Leverage Stripe's marketing tech stack and analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the field marketing engine We’re looking for someone with: 3-5 years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, executing regional strategies including Account Based Marketing Proven track record of executing marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth Expertise in developing and executing scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey Successful track record of collaborating with Sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and communicate business health with leadership Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities Startup mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
