This role supports end-to-end accounting operations for the Brazilian market, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing. You will perform account reconciliations, balance sheet analyses, and root-cause investigations to maintain reliable financial information. The position acts as an important connection between accounting operations and internal stakeholders, supporting governance and reporting activities. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies, operational standards, SLAs, internal controls, and audit requirements. The role also contributes to process standardization, simplification, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Success requires strong analytical and financial capabilities, attention to detail, ownership, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The position is based in Ribeirão Preto and offers a remote or hybrid work model during commercial hours.

Execute and support end-to-end accounting operations for the Brazilian market, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with agreed deadlines, accounting calendars, and internal governance guidelines. Perform accounting analyses and reconciliations, identifying root causes and supporting action plans to ensure the reliability of financial information. Prepare accurate balance sheet account compositions and reconciliations within established deadlines. Act as a key point of contact between Accounting Operations and internal stakeholders, providing insights, clarifications, and activity updates during governance forums. Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, accounting policies, and internal controls across assigned processes. Maintain appropriate documentation, data traceability, and audit readiness for all activities under responsibility. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities through process standardization, simplification, automation, and digitalization. Serve as a functional backup for the team when required. Support onboarding and knowledge-transfer activities, helping strengthen team capabilities and process continuity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while adapting to changing business requirements and market needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication, is mandatory. Strong analytical and financial skills, with practical knowledge of accounting reconciliations and IFRS 16 concepts. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables, meet deadlines, and consistently follow internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards. Strong attention to detail, integrity, consistency, and commitment to maintaining accurate financial information. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase efficiency, standardization, and automation. Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios and the requirements of different markets while maintaining performance in dynamic environments. Willingness to continuously develop professionally, learn new practices, and share knowledge with colleagues. Experience with SAP FI is desirable.
