Our partner is looking for a Analista de Arquitetura Jr. | Vaga Afirmativa para Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD) based in Brazil. This junior role is an opportunity to contribute to architectural projects across different stages, from preliminary studies to executive design. You will work with Revit to develop high-quality projects while balancing deadlines, technical requirements, and cost considerations. The position involves reviewing client demands, validating information, and ensuring that the necessary materials and conditions are available for project execution. You will also support project coordination by managing revisions and checking compatibility across different disciplines. Collaboration with construction, licensing, finance, and other teams will be an important part of keeping projects and systems accurate and up to date. The role offers exposure to technical feasibility studies, project coordination, and multidisciplinary architectural workflows. This is a remote opportunity designed for an early-career architect who values precision, collaboration, and continuous development.

Develop architectural projects in Revit across different stages, including preliminary studies, preliminary designs, and executive projects, while meeting quality, deadline, and cost requirements. Review client requests and assess the conditions, information, and materials required to execute the requested services. Control project revisions and verify compatibility between architectural designs and other project disciplines. Conduct technical feasibility studies to support cost analysis and approval processes. Analyze and validate project surveys and collected information. Coordinate architectural designs with other technical disciplines to ensure consistency and integration. Support construction, licensing, finance, and other teams by maintaining accurate project information and supporting the updating and control of related systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Strong attention to detail and organization when managing architectural documentation and project revisions. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with executive projects in the retail sector is desirable.
