Analista de Atendimento Societário

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Atendimento Societário based in Brazil. This is an opportunity for a customer-focused professional to support clients throughout important societary processes. The role combines client service, operational follow-up, document management, and regulatory knowledge. You will guide customers through processes such as company formation, amendments, licensing, and closures. Strong organization and attention to detail will be essential to keeping requests moving and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work closely with operational teams to identify pending information and resolve issues efficiently. The position also offers exposure to process improvement, quality tools, data analysis, and technology-enabled operations. It is suited to someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated by continuous professional development.

Provide customer support throughout ongoing societary processes, working closely with the operations team to ensure requests progress toward completion. Proactively contact customers to request required documents and information, follow up on outstanding items, and explain the next steps in each process. Clarify customer questions related to company formation and licensing procedures, keeping clients informed about process status, requirements, and upcoming stages. Work closely with operational teams to identify customer-dependent pending items, coordinate the necessary follow-ups, and ensure information and documentation are received within established deadlines. Support continuous improvement of internal processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness. Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions, pending requirements, and process-related information. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Intermediate experience with company formation, amendment, and closure processes involving commercial registries, associations, unions, or similar entities. Intermediate experience using government platforms and systems, including commercial registries, Federal Revenue services, and municipal authorities. Experience in customer service and client-facing activities. Basic knowledge of municipal registrations and updates, SEFAZ registration, and tax frameworks such as Simples Nacional, MEI, and Lucro Presumido. Basic knowledge of CNAEs and Inova Simples. Basic understanding of quality tools such as PDCA, 5 Whys, and verification checklists. Basic knowledge of data creation and analysis, internal and external audit processes, and performance indicators such as NPS, CSAT, TMA, and TME. Familiarity with technology-enabled tools and concepts such as AI and RPA. Basic knowledge of process mapping, documentation, improvement identification, and creation of standard operating procedures (POPs) and flowcharts. Basic negotiation skills, with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
