This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de CRM II | Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Temporário) based in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, digital marketing, data, and technology, with a strong focus on subscriber engagement. You will plan and execute personalized, multichannel relationship journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will help transform behavioral data into relevant and timely customer communications. The position combines marketing automation, audience segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis. You will contribute directly to improving engagement by continuously evaluating journey performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
