Monitor the evolution of credit risk indicators across portfolios and products, identifying trends, deviations, emerging risks, and mitigation opportunities. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess portfolio quality and provide insights that support business and risk-related decisions. Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and analytical studies focused on credit performance and risk exposure. Support the development, validation, and monitoring of statistical models and credit risk assessment criteria. Evaluate the effectiveness of credit policies, decision engines, approval rules, and broader credit risk management strategies. Develop segmentation, concentration, customer behavior, and forward-looking scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. Participate in the review and continuous improvement of credit risk policies, processes, and internal guidelines. Contribute to strategic projects through technical analysis, business requirements, testing, validation, and implementation activities. Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers. Requirements Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional experience in credit risk analysis, credit modeling, credit strategy, or a related area. Knowledge of credit risk indicators, delinquency, portfolio performance, and customer behavior. Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with analytical spreadsheets and data. Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large and complex datasets. Ability to identify patterns, trends, inconsistencies, and risk factors and translate findings into practical recommendations. Structured and detail-oriented approach to analytical work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders.
