This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de IA e Analytics based in Brazil. This role combines data analytics, automation, and Generative AI to develop solutions that support smarter business decisions. You will create analytical indicators, build data pipelines, and transform complex information into actionable insights. The position also involves designing AI prompts and workflows, developing analytical integrations, and improving operational processes. You will work closely with technical and business teams to understand needs and deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Strong SQL and data analysis skills will be central to producing high-quality metrics and analytical outputs. Develop data analyses, indicators, and metrics to support business decision-making. Build and maintain data pipelines and process automations. Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and Generative AI solutions. Develop analytical integrations using APIs and other relevant technologies. Translate business needs into structured analytical solutions and actionable insights. Support business teams with data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations. Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of analytical deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, analytics, and AI. Structure scalable and sustainable solutions that can be maintained and replicated across processes. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Take ownership of assigned solutions and contribute to their availability, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly evaluate and apply new automation and AI capabilities. Requirements: Advanced SQL skills. Experience with data modeling and data analysis. Practical knowledge of Python and APIs. Experience with Generative AI and automation. Experience with analytical and data tools such as Power BI, KNIME, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to structure solutions logically, consistently, and with a focus on long-term sustainability. Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Strong sense of responsibility for the quality and reliability of deliverables. Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Hands-on approach to solving complex technical and operational challenges.
