Analista de Produto (Espanhol avançado)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Produto (Espanhol avançado) based in Brazil. This role connects business and technical teams by translating user and business needs into clear, actionable, and testable product requirements. You will analyze processes, define business rules, document edge cases, and create detailed user stories that guide development. The position plays an important role in ensuring that prioritized initiatives can be implemented accurately, without ambiguity or unnecessary rework. You will collaborate closely with developers and an autonomous AI development agent, providing precise specifications and implementation instructions. The role combines functional analysis, acceptance testing, data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication within an agile environment. You will also contribute to backlog discussions, product insights, process improvements, and delivery tracking. This is a fully remote contractor opportunity for a product professional who is comfortable working across technical and business contexts and communicating fluently in Spanish.

Gather business and user needs from internal stakeholders and, when applicable, customers through interviews, workshops, and process analysis. Analyze existing business processes (as-is) and design desired future-state processes (to-be), identifying friction points, business rules, dependencies, and exceptions. Research and document domain-specific rules related to international trade and their impact on product requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories with objective, verifiable acceptance criteria following established team standards. Document business rules, edge cases, inputs, outputs, and functional details sufficiently for developers and AI-assisted development tools to implement solutions without assumptions. Keep functional documentation accurate and up to date as requirements evolve. Participate in story planning and clarify scope, requirements, and business rules with development teams. Create detailed instructions and tasks that enable an autonomous AI development agent to execute work accurately and without ambiguity. Validate completed deliverables with developers against defined acceptance criteria before closing stories. Design and execute user acceptance tests to confirm that solutions meet functional expectations. Identify and report discrepancies between specified and delivered functionality and support prioritization of corrective actions. Analyze operational and product-usage data when available to support product decisions and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare simple reports and dashboards to communicate analysis, track deliveries, and support evidence-based decision-making. Provide clear and regular updates to business stakeholders regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner on backlog prioritization while contributing analysis and recommendations without owning the final prioritization decision. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, International Trade, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within technology or software companies. Experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban, including writing user stories and collaborating directly with developers. Previous experience in international trade, logistics, customs, or regulated industries is desirable. Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to independently query and analyze data. Experience with agile management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms. Basic knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar. General understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and system integrations, without requiring programming expertise. Familiarity with generative AI tools for documentation, analysis, or specification writing is highly valued. Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured, precise, and actionable requirements. Analytical and detail-oriented approach to identifying risks, exceptions, dependencies, and process improvements. Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.
