Analista de QA Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de QA Pleno based in Brazil. This role is an opportunity to contribute to software quality and innovation within a collaborative, agile team. You will plan, design, and execute functional and non-functional testing strategies across critical software deliveries. The position combines exploratory testing, regression, acceptance, performance, API validation, and test automation. You will work closely with the broader team to identify improvement opportunities and ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Automation will be an important part of the role, using JavaScript, Cypress, and Playwright across web applications. You will also contribute to quality reporting, test planning, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment focused on professional growth.

Work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve testing processes, product quality, and solutions. Plan, develop, and execute test plans and test cases covering acceptance, performance, regression, exploratory, and other relevant testing scenarios. Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate that software deliveries meet expected quality standards and customer requirements. Develop and maintain automated tests using Cypress and Playwright for web applications. Execute quality control activities and prepare reports communicating testing progress, results, and overall delivery status. Analyze API specifications using Swagger and execute API tests using the tools adopted by the organization. Define appropriate testing strategies and execution approaches based on project requirements and delivery objectives. Collaborate within an agile environment to support reliable and high-quality production releases. Requirements Completed higher education degree. Professional experience with functional and non-functional software testing. Hands-on experience with test automation and a solid understanding of automation practices. Experience automating web tests with JavaScript and Cypress. Experience with web test automation using JavaScript and/or Python with Playwright. Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket for source-code management and version control. Practical experience using Jira and Confluence in software development or testing environments. Experience analyzing Swagger/API documentation and performing API testing. Knowledge of test planning and the definition of appropriate testing strategies and execution approaches. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
