Analista de Registro (Certificado Digital)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Registro (Certificado Digital) based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on managing digital certificate processes and maintaining smooth client operations. You will support customers through new certificate issuance, renewals, and the resolution of pending documentation. The role combines customer service, process organization, document verification, and operational follow-up. You will monitor active client accounts and proactively identify certificates approaching expiration or requiring action. Your work will help prevent disruptions to accounting and business processes caused by expired or irregular certificates. Clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through will be essential to keeping processes moving. The position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in digital certification, operational workflows, and customer-facing activities.

Contact customers regarding digital certificate renewals and first-time certificate purchases. Monitor the active customer base and identify certificates approaching expiration, pending issuance, or requiring regularization. Conduct follow-ups and provide clear guidance to customers to ensure certificates are issued or renewed within the required timeframe. Monitor and follow up on the regularization of powers of attorney required for certificate-related processes. Keep records, follow-ups, and process statuses accurately updated to provide clear visibility into outstanding items. Work proactively to reduce operational impacts and interruptions to accounting deliveries resulting from missing, expired, or irregular digital certificates and powers of attorney. Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, helping resolve pending issues and maintain process continuity. Support basic compliance with applicable ICP-Brasil requirements throughout certification processes. Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles. Basic knowledge of digital certificates and ICP-Brasil standards. Experience with document checking, organization, and attention to detail. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including filters and basic formulas. Basic understanding of internal processes, operational workflows, and task follow-up. Basic familiarity with technology platforms, business systems, and digital certificates. Basic knowledge of monitoring simple operational indicators, such as service volume and average handling time. Ability to organize multiple pending items and maintain accurate records. Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
