Analista de Social Media

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Social Media based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Marketing team and play an important role in shaping the brand’s presence across social media. You’ll contribute to the planning, creation, publishing, and management of content across key digital platforms. The role combines creativity, communication, trend awareness, organization, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll monitor audience interactions, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to continuously improve content strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and other teams to bring campaigns, events, and content initiatives to life. Plan and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic publishing across relevant channels. Develop content ideas, editorial topics, creative briefs, and social media content aligned with communication and marketing objectives. Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Publish content and monitor its performance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the planned calendar. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other audience interactions, supporting timely and appropriate engagement. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, formats, tools, and content behaviors and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the strategy. Track social media metrics and analyze campaign and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Support the communication and coverage of events, including the production and publication of real-time content. Contribute to content production during events, panels, roundtables, and other relevant initiatives. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and other internal teams involved in content creation and distribution. Manage multiple content initiatives and priorities while maintaining organization, quality, deadlines, and consistency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Previous professional experience managing social media channels and producing digital content. Knowledge of social media planning, editorial calendars, content development, and publishing workflows. Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with social media metrics, KPIs, performance analysis, and reporting. Ability to analyze results and translate social media data into practical recommendations. Excellent Portuguese writing skills, with strong attention to clarity, grammar, tone, and communication. Familiarity with social media management and publishing tools. Good understanding of social media trends, emerging formats, and evolving audience behaviors. Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy is a plus. Experience with event coverage and real-time content production is desirable. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively. Clear communication skills and creativity in developing engaging content. Analytical mindset with a strong orientation toward results. Proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and move projects forward independently.
