Analyst , Corporate Action Entitlement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, Corporate Action Entitlement based in Canada. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced financial services operations environment supporting global securities and investment activities. You’ll help ensure corporate action entitlements and related transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels. The role combines operational execution, reconciliation, analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong service quality. Your attention to detail and understanding of operational risk will directly contribute to the integrity of financial processes. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, system changes, reporting, tools, and training initiatives.
