Analyst, RPA Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, RPA Solutions based in India. This role supports the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows built with Microsoft Power Automate and Kapow/Kofax RPA. Working in a production environment, you will manage incidents, investigate failures, and help maintain agreed service levels. The role combines technical troubleshooting, operational monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify recurring problems. There is also an opportunity to strengthen automation processes through root-cause analysis and preventive improvements. This is a remote position operating on a Monday-to-Friday night shift schedule and offers exposure to evolving automation technologies.

Monitor RPA workflows through Microsoft Power Platform dashboards, Kapow Management Console, and related monitoring tools, responding to alerts, failures, and potential SLA breaches. Perform L1 support and initial incident triage, including troubleshooting Power Automate flows, Kapow robots, connectors, logs, execution histories, and input/output data. Restart failed bots and workflows in accordance with established procedures and identify common issues such as timeouts, credential failures, and missing inputs. Log, update, track, and communicate incidents through ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira, keeping stakeholders informed about status and service disruptions. Escalate unresolved or critical technical issues to the appropriate development or technical leads. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and document root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Maintain and improve SOPs, runbooks, knowledge-base articles, and operational documentation. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve automation reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation stability, efficiency, and support processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any specialization or equivalent educational background. Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including Cloud and Desktop flows. Familiarity with Kapow/Kofax RPA, including Design Studio and Management Console. Basic to intermediate knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL is preferred. Familiarity with Python and JavaScript is an advantage. Experience or familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate technical issues systematically. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations during incidents. Strong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to operational detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple issues according to priority and SLA requirements. Curiosity about emerging and future-oriented technologies, with a willingness to learn new tools and automation practices. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST on a night-shift schedule. Benefits Fully remote work arrangement within India.
