Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in an official doctoral programme and satisfy at least one residence/nationality route: Andorran nationality; foreign nationality with at least five consecutive years of legal and effective residence in Andorra; or legal residence in Andorra to pursue a full-time in-person doctorate at a university established in Andorra. Applicants must not receive fixed net monthly salary or similar income at or above the 2026 Andorran minimum wage of EUR 1,525.33. The submitted doctoral enrolment must fall between 9 October 2025 and 8 October 2026 and must not have been previously subsidised by the Government of Andorra.
