Complete grant details
Selected projects receive non-refundable financing equal to 100% of the approved budget up to UYU 426,000, with a maximum execution period of three months. Eligible work must involve an intervention within the institution, such as service redesign or real-environment testing of new technologies, aimed at tangible public-service improvements.
Eligibility requirements
National public institutions in Uruguay—including ministries, directorates, secretariats, intendancies, autonomous entities and decentralized bodies—may apply individually or in alliances with other public entities.
Tips for this grant
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
Verification notes
Verified against the live ANII call and ANII's dedicated innovation-publica program page. The main call lists 30 September 2026 at 00:00, while the program page says proposals are received until 14:00 that day; the date is safe, but the conflicting hour is preserved as uncertainty instead of converted to UTC.
Job and Scholarship is the discovery and verification layer. Confirm eligibility, dates, salary/funding and application instructions on the original source before submitting anything.
