Full job description
The role plans and documents public procurements from needs assessment through contract award, advises on procurement strategy and tender design, supports evaluations and negotiations, follows agreements and suppliers, and develops procurement routines and templates. The source states annual salary ranges of NOK 600,000–750,000 for adviser and NOK 700,000–900,000 for senior adviser, with higher pay possible for particularly qualified applicants.
Requirements & qualifications
Higher education, primarily in law or economics; relevant experience planning and conducting public procurements; solid knowledge of Norwegian procurement law and regulations; good digital competence; and strong written and spoken Norwegian.
