This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Support Specialist - Second Shift M-F based in the United States. This is a remote, customer-focused application support role within a healthcare technology environment serving radiology professionals. You will provide timely technical assistance, monitor client environments, and help ensure critical clinical workflows operate reliably. The role combines customer service, application troubleshooting, network analysis, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work directly with healthcare professionals, translating technical issues into clear next steps while maintaining a calm and service-oriented approach. You’ll also contribute to documentation, knowledge resources, and process improvements that make support more scalable and effective. The preferred schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday , with participation in rotating overnight and weekend shifts as business needs require. This opportunity is particularly well suited to a support professional with healthcare or radiology experience who enjoys solving problems in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
