About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

3 to 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a product-minded focus on business outcomes.

Proven experience building real agentic systems: LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool use in production.

Strong software engineering fundamentals; NestJS and/or React experience is a strong plus.

Comfort owning the full stack without relying on low-code tooling.

University degree in a relevant field.

Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or document processing is a plus.

Background in tax, legal, accounting, or professional services is a plus.

Prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment is a plus.

German language proficiency is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires regular in-person presence and is not available on a remote basis.
