Complete hackathon details

The program is fully online and part-time. Hackathon registration is open through September 25, 2026. Individuals and teams from the 22 Arab countries may apply. Teams may have one to five members, cross-country teams are allowed, and individual applicants are welcome. Tips for this hackathon

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Read the rules, eligibility, judging criteria, required technologies and intellectual-property terms before forming your submission plan.
  2. Build a complementary team early and assign product, engineering, design, research and presentation responsibilities clearly.
  3. Optimize for the published judging rubric: demonstrate a real problem, working solution, measurable impact and a concise live demo.
  4. Prepare the repository, pitch deck, demo video and submission links before the final hours so upload or platform problems do not invalidate the entry.
  5. Check whether travel, finalist presentations, team-size limits or mandatory attendance apply before committing.

Verification notes

Checked the official UAE Space Agency/National Space Academy hackathon site and registration page in Arabic. Main hackathon registration remains open through September 25, 2026; the optional training application deadline of August 31 has passed.
