Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of experience as a manager or similar lead role on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
