The role leads an operational area, coaches associates and managers, reviews KPIs, drives process improvements and works across safety, engineering, loss prevention, quality and HR. It is part of Amazon's first inbound cross-dock operation in Mexico.
Requirements & qualifications
Amazon requires a flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime, a high-school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of team-leadership experience. A bachelor's degree and fluent English are preferred.
