Full job description
- Retrieve food items from warehouse and storeroom areas according to written requisitions.
- Ensure food meets quality standards and verifies all requisitioned items are delivered.
- Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept neat in a well organized manner.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Retrieve Bar Items from Satellite Room and deliver to Bars
- Stock bars on an ongoing basis during evert Alcohol & Mixers
- Supply Ice to Bartenders
- Supply drink cups and other supplies
- Be able to change a Keg or willingness to learn
- Be able to lift 50Lbs
Qualifications and requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shift.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
