For the February 2027 intake, applications are open from 19 August 2026 to 2 November 2026. Awards may provide a 100% tuition-fee waiver with stipend and laptop allowance, or a 100% tuition-fee waiver only.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be nationals of an eligible ASEAN country, including Malaysia, hold a formal offer for an eligible diploma or undergraduate programme, demonstrate strong academic performance, extracurricular participation and financial need.
