Full job description
Support administrative and financial processes, maintain physical and digital records, prepare documentation, coordinate meetings and training, process purchase/payment/reimbursement requests, and organize national and international travel logistics.
Requirements & qualifications
Bilingual secretarial studies, Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras or Perito Contador; three years of university study is desirable. Requires about two years in similar roles, strong customer service, records management, writing and time-management skills; basic English is desirable.
