Training Program format & key facts
Organized detailsOverview
ASPIRE is an ongoing Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis youth programme combining financial education with government-seeded savings and investment accounts; its official portal remains open for continuous registration as eligible children reach age five.
Complete training program details
ASPIRE combines school and institutional financial education with a dedicated savings account and investments in local publicly traded shares. The official programme site says participants receive a EC$500 savings account and EC$500 investment, learn budgeting, saving, investing, entrepreneurship and financial-market literacy, and remain in the programme for at least five years or until age 18, whichever is later. Participants receive a certificate on completion.
Eligibility requirements
Students must be citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis, meet the programme's age rule of 5–18 (or have been 18 or under on 13 December 2023), reside in Saint Kitts or Nevis, and be enrolled in school or registered for home schooling. The programme FAQ states that eligible citizens include those born in the Federation and citizens by descent.

Verification notes
Verified on the official ASPIRE website, which provides a live Register/Sign In route and states that the sign-up/apply portal remains open for continuous registration as students reach their fifth birthday. The portal lists citizenship, age, residency and school requirements and the EC$500 savings plus EC$500 investment benefit. A July 2026 Government/SKNIS update confirms the programme remains active and more than 4,000 accounts have been opened.
