This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant General Counsel based in United States. This role offers an opportunity to help shape legal and compliance strategy within a rapidly growing molecular diagnostics and precision medicine organization. The Assistant General Counsel will join a lean legal team and provide practical guidance across commercial, product, regulatory, corporate, and operational matters. You’ll work closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Market Access, Reimbursement, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR. The position combines independent legal judgment with hands-on development of policies, processes, and compliance infrastructure. You’ll proactively identify emerging risks, advise on strategic initiatives, and help the organization navigate complex and evolving requirements. This is a high-impact opportunity for a versatile attorney who enjoys ambiguity, collaboration, and building scalable legal programs in an innovative healthcare environment.
