Full job description
Provide first-level hardware, software and network support; maintain PMS, POS, endpoints, Wi-Fi, servers and security systems; coordinate vendors; manage IT assets and backups; support cybersecurity, AV systems, upgrades and user training.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related discipline and 2–4 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, Wi-Fi and hardware troubleshooting is requested; PMS/POS exposure is advantageous.
