Procurement Analytics Executive – Construction

Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Analytics professional with construction industry experience to support procurement reporting, spend analysis, dashboards, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare procurement, operational, financial, and performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct spend analysis, identify trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement performance gaps.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven presentations.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Support cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Validate and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare management presentations and communicate key insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with procurement, commercial, project, finance, and technical teams.
- Bridge technical/project teams and management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support procurement performance improvement and business case preparation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, procurement reporting, or supply chain analytics.
- Mandatory: Construction industry experience with exposure to procurement analytics/spend analysis.
- Strong Power BI – Dashboard Development skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Procurement Analytics, Spend Analysis & MIS Reporting.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- B.Tech – Civil Engineering + MBA.
