Earned terminal degree in Physical Chemistry from an internationally recognized accredited institution plus at least three years of full-time tertiary-level teaching, research and scholarship. The official notice says applicants with a master's in Physical Chemistry may be considered with at least five years of tertiary teaching and a strong research record.
