As our Assistant Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you will work alongside project leaders to help manage documentation, schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and contract requirements, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in alignment with client expectations. Day‑to‑day, you will assist with submittals, RFIs, procurement, schedule updates, cost tracking, meeting documentation, and coordination between office and field teams. You will support communication with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors, helping maintain organized project records and ensuring timely responses to project needs. Experienced team members may assume increased ownership of specific scopes of work, lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, support preconstruction planning and buyout, assist with change management and forecasting, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and overall team performance. Successful team members in this role are detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive communicators who support efficient, high-quality, and well-coordinated project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Working knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, including concrete, steel, MEP systems, finishes, and building envelope components.
Familiar with project management software, document control systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, field‑focused environment with changing priorities and deadlines; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
