About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Retail to join our Retail team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Support the Store Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail operations
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure product displays and store presentation align with Wynn’s luxury standards and seasonal themes
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement teams
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing trends
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement promotional strategies and support marketing initiatives
- Uphold Wynn’s brand values and ensure a refined, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
