This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistente Administrativo Financeiro based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting essential administrative and financial operations within a collaborative technology environment. You will contribute to daily financial routines while helping maintain accurate records, reports, and processes. The role combines accounts payable and receivable support with broader administrative responsibilities and internal customer service. You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments, helping ensure information flows clearly and efficiently. The position offers exposure to financial reporting, purchasing, travel coordination, expense processing, and document management. Strong organization, autonomy, communication, and attention to detail will be important for success.
