Associate Business Analyst Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Are you a problem solver? Are you particular about tech performance? Then you belong at Uline! Join us as an Associate Business Analyst supporting the internal applications that Uline employees rely on to get work done! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Provide support and troubleshooting to users of Uline’s internal web properties. Document and assess current business processes and underlying systems / applications. Meet with key stakeholders to gather process improvement requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Web Development team. Work closely with the User Experience team to create wireframes and prototypes of proposed enhancements. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team validating front-end changes in User Acceptance Testing environments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Microsoft SQL Server or DB2 experience. .NET experience a plus. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Benefits Complete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with
