Depending on the project, you will work both in our office in Munich and on-site with our clients in Germany and abroad. During your time with us, you will get to know many different industries, companies and tasks in a short period of time. This will provide you with comprehensive training as a management consultant – a truly invaluable experience for your entire professional career. Within your team, you will work with experienced colleagues who will teach you essential working methods and support you in your personal development. We also assist your career development with regular training courses.

Your Mission

As an associate consultant, you are a fully fledged team member from day one. You will work on client projects conducting analyses and interviews with experts, creating presentations and developing solutions together with team colleagues and our clients.

Depending on the project, you will work both in our office in Munich and on-site with our clients in Germany and abroad. During your time with us, you will get to know many different industries, companies and tasks in a short period of time. This will provide you with comprehensive training as a management consultant – a truly invaluable experience for your entire professional career.

Within your team, you will work with experienced colleagues who will teach you essential working methods and support you in your personal development. We also assist your career development with regular training courses.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • You have an excellent university degree (master’s degree or equivalent).
  • You have already successfully completed one or more relevant internships.
  • You are committed and motivated.
  • You are interested in economic and social issues.
  • You like to solve complex problems and you are comfortable in handling numbers.
  • You set high value on the quality of your own work.
  • You approach people in an open and friendly way and have a sense of humour.
  • You speak excellent German and have good English language skills (both spoken and written) or you speak excellent English and have very good German language skills (both spoken and written).
  • You are IT-savvy and proficient in standard Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
