This is a high-visibility individual contributor role focused on turning business objectives and buyer insights into compelling, performance-driven creative. You will shape campaign territories, messaging hypotheses, concepts, headlines, CTAs, and copy direction before work enters production. The role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, copywriting, performance marketing, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with designers, paid media, growth, sales, account leadership, and executives to strengthen campaign thinking and client-facing work. You will also contribute to strategic pitches, portfolio opportunities, and campaign-style case studies that demonstrate measurable creative impact. Success means helping teams move from one-off asset requests toward scalable campaign briefs grounded in hypotheses, testing, learning, and business outcomes.
Lead creative direction, campaign concepting, messaging strategy, and performance copy direction from initial brief through production handoff. Translate campaign and creative briefs into creative territories, concepts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, landing-page narrative direction, and message sequencing. Develop campaign ideas that connect ICP, positioning, personas, buyer needs, proof points, objections, and funnel-stage context with clear creative hypotheses. Partner with production designers by providing strong concepts, messaging, and copy direction for execution across channels. Support new-business, strategic-account, and portfolio-sales opportunities with speculative creative, campaign narratives, and compelling creative presentations. Help establish and evolve a strategic creative approach centered on business objectives, buyer insight, testing variables, and measurable outcomes. Audit existing creative requests, briefs, production workflows, pitch materials, and performance creative to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Creative Production, Paid Media, Growth, Sales, Account leadership, and executive stakeholders to understand priorities and improve creative workflows. Help define and implement campaign brief standards that shift teams from deliverable-focused requests toward campaign-level thinking. Develop creative territories, messaging angles, campaign copy, and testing recommendations for priority initiatives. Run real briefs through a campaign-level creative process covering insight, hypothesis, concept, copy direction, production, launch, and learning. Establish a creative review rhythm focused on concept quality, message clarity, testability, and business relevance. Build early campaign-style case studies, internal proof points, and reusable messaging resources that support future creative growth. Help establish a repeatable creative testing process based on hypotheses, variants, data, and decisions. Contribute to a message and proof library that enables learning to compound across campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple channels while ensuring creative remains differentiated and performance-oriented. Requirements 4–6 years of professional creative experience, with meaningful experience in an agency, professional services, B2B marketing, or comparable environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance creative, including examples of visual systems and campaigns designed to produce measurable results. Proven experience developing campaigns from concept through execution. Strong understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, campaign development, and performance-oriented messaging. Ability to translate ICPs, positioning, personas, jobs-to-be-done insights, proof points, objections, and funnel-stage context into creative concepts and hypotheses. Executive presence and confidence presenting creative strategy in client-facing, leadership, new-business, and portfolio-sales settings. Understanding of performance creative, testing methodologies, message iteration, CRO, and revenue-oriented creative measurement. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, paid media strategists, Account Directors, Growth, and Sales without relying on a fully staffed creative team. Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments and helping shape incomplete briefs into stronger creative opportunities. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, UX/UI, video and motion graphics, content strategy, and creative production. Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the ability to produce and deliver work without relying on a separate editor.
