This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Digital Clinical Operations based in United States. This role drives the digital transformation of global clinical operations by improving technology, processes, and data across the clinical trial lifecycle. You will translate clinical stakeholder needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions, with a strong focus on Clinical Trial Management Systems and related applications. The position connects Clinical Operations, Development, IT, Data Science, Quality, and other functions to align requirements and deliver meaningful technology enhancements. You will shape product roadmaps, prioritize digital investments, and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, usability, and compliance. The role combines business analysis, process optimization, project management, stakeholder leadership, and technology strategy. You will also support innovative technology adoption, including emerging approaches that can reduce manual work and improve decision-making across clinical operations. As an individual contributor, you will influence complex initiatives and may oversee consultants or analysts within matrixed teams.
