Connect patients and caregivers with appropriate financial assistance programs and other available support resources throughout their treatment journey. Maintain strong knowledge of the relevant rare disease and MPS therapy area, patient and community needs, support resources, and national patient access dynamics. Represent the patient support program at local and national advocacy events and develop or facilitate educational programs using approved materials. Monitor program operations, promote team alignment, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support the development and maintenance of operational processes and technologies covering patient engagement and case management activities. Collaborate on stakeholder training and ensure activities remain aligned with applicable compliance standards and approved content. Partner with Account Leads, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, and other teams to align program execution and incorporate field insights into broader strategy. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements based on feedback from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Serve as a subject matter expert on access processes, healthcare systems, insurance plans, patient support services, and operational elements of the patient experience program.
