Develop strong cross-functional relationships and provide HR consultation and support on additional initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s or law degree is highly preferred. 8+ years of HR management experience, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced operational environment. Demonstrated experience serving as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders and managing complex employee and organizational matters. Strong expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and the ability to apply HR policies and regulations appropriately. Proven experience leading change management initiatives, organizational design or restructuring, people program development, and HR service delivery improvements.
