Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation.   As an Associate Engineer, you’ll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high ‑ quality project deliverables.   What You’ll Do   Assist with design, modeling, and analysis of substation projects Support senior engineers with drawings, calculations, and studies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Participate in site visits and construction support Prepare technical reports and project documentation Grow through hands ‑ on learning, mentorship, and training   Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. You bring to the team: Strong communication skills Ability to contribute and work well with a team Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Minimum of one year of engineering experience   Engineer Intern (EI) certification, preferred.   Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation preferred Strong interest in substation design and high ‑ voltage electrical infrastructure   #LI-DNP Additional Information Olsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
