Associate, Films Production

The Films Production Associate serves as a critical operational resource supporting NFL Films remote productions, NFL game coverage, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production logistics, preparing and transporting equipment, supporting on-site production compound buildouts, maintaining fleet vehicles, and managing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly versatile, dependable, and capable of adapting to a wide range of production and operational needs while ensuring equipment, personnel, and resources are efficiently deployed.   Responsibilities:   Coordinate transportation and shipping logistics for remote productions, including Hard Knocks and Hard Knocks: Off Season , working with freight vendors and production partners.   Prepare, palletize, secure, ship, load, and unload production equipment for remote productions and special events. (Forklift certification required.)   Operate box trucks to transport production equipment, supplies, and personnel to NFL games, remote productions, and other company events.   Support production compound installations by assisting with trailer placement, equipment staging, power distribution coordination, storage management, and overall site readiness.   Serve as a production runner during NFL games and remote productions, providing operational and logistical support as needed.   Manage and maintain the Moorestown offsite warehouse, ensuring equipment, inventory, and storage areas remain organized, accessible, and production-ready.   Organize and maintain departmental storage and pallet inventory across multiple business units, including Camera, Audio, Engineering, IT, Building Operations, Hard Knocks, Super Bowl, Set Storage, and Prop Storage.   Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and building management to address facility needs and warehouse-related projects.   Assemble equipment, fixtures, and storage solutions while supporting departmental operational needs.   Perform testing and basic maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, including televisions, fiber systems, and cabling.   Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization through routine housekeeping, inventory management, and facility upkeep.   Maintain the NFL Films vehicle fleet, including fueling, cleaning, inspections, tire pressure monitoring, and other routine vehicle readiness activities.   Respond to operational issues and support a wide range of production, facility, transportation, and logistics needs across the organization.   Required Qualifications:   High school diploma or equivalent.   5 years of experience in production operations, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or a related field.   Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.   Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.   Experience operating box trucks and handling production equipment safely.   Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.   Ability to lift and move production equipment and work in warehouse, stadium, and outdoor environments.   Preferred Qualifications:    Experience supporting sports, television, film, live event, or broadcast productions.   Experience with inventory management, shipping logistics, and freight coordination.   Knowledge of remote production operations and production compound setup.   Other Key Attributes / Talent Characteristics:   Dependable, proactive, and highly accountable.   Versatile team player with a strong service-oriented mindset.   Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.   Ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in changing production environments.   Willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities to support team and production success.   Physical Demands:   Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of equipment up to 50 pounds.   Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods.   Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles.   Travel:   Frequent travel required to support NFL games, remote productions, training camps, and special events.   Terms /Expected Hours of Work:   Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak production periods and the NFL season.   Salary $40 — $40 USD
