This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Manager, Performance Marketing based in United States. This role supports performance marketing initiatives across Science, Math, and a free K–12 learning platform serving educators and students. You will work closely with marketing leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on measurable outcomes. The position combines campaign execution, paid media optimization, digital asset development, and performance analytics. You will collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with broader business goals. The role also provides opportunities to use AI-enabled tools to improve marketing efficiency and share best practices across the team. It is well suited to an organized, data-driven marketer who enjoys turning insights into actionable improvements.

Create and manage digital marketing assets, including emails, advertisements, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows. Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning and coordination with internal teams to achieve acquisition goals. Manage paid media placements by monitoring campaign performance, optimizing results, and providing actionable recommendations. Lead and track digital campaigns using project management tools, ensuring efficient execution from planning through completion. Support relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and performance expectations. Measure and report on digital marketing effectiveness, including metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversion, using attribution and analytics tools. Present data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to support continuous campaign improvement and reinvestment decisions. Support the development of direct reports and help align their work with team and organizational objectives. Use approved AI marketing tools to improve efficiency, accelerate daily workflows, and share learnings that contribute to team-wide improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Experience working with marketing CRM systems and analytics tools. Demonstrated experience developing digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans. Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels, including web, social, email, paid media, content marketing, and AI-enabled marketing. Intermediate experience with digital acquisition and retention strategies. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a data-driven, team-oriented environment. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is preferred. Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter is preferred. Understanding of core marketing concepts and digital strategy. Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, is preferred. Experience with project management systems is an advantage.
