Partner with account and project leads to understand project scope and status, support accurate budgeting and resourcing, and facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams. Contribute medical expertise to new business opportunities, including proposal development, presentations, and client pitches. Support broader departmental and agency initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise, persuasive, and audience-appropriate narratives. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse healthcare audiences, including primary care physicians and specialists. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills, with a positive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused approach. Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret scientific data, identify meaningful insights, and translate them into compliant communication strategies. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with online proofing platforms such as Workfront Proof or Ziflow and content management platforms such as Veeva Vault.
