Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have 10+ years of relevant public-sector or related project experience, a relevant master's degree, professional Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English, domain knowledge in areas such as strategy, infrastructure, sustainability, policy research or monitoring and evaluation, and strong leadership and business-development capability.
