This role focuses on bridging the gap between client expectations and delivered value by supporting the successful implementation and adoption of Lightcast’s data solutions. Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Engineers, the Associate Solutions Architect helps clients operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical integration, and long-term solution support. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals who are technically curious, client-focused, and interested in supporting customers via a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) ecosystem.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in or near the Boston, Massachusetts area. The role requires periodic in-person meetings with the hiring manager and/or team throughout the year, so proximity to the Boston area is essential.
